I loved staying at this hotel located in a great part of the city, with stunning views of the town. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Additionally, the staff was attentive and helpful with everything I required.

This hotel is located in a great spot, close to several offices and restaurants, with a supermarket across the street. the staff is friendly, well-trained and attentive to needs. the rooms are tidy and clean, some offer a nice view of the city. the breakfast buffet provides a nice variety of fruit and desserts. the gym and swimming pool are available ' use.

The Wi-Fi connection was not always excellent.

Great food and friendly staff. Good location close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice to relax.

The Wi-Fi was weak and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating. The gym was small and didn't have enough equipment.

During my Christmas stay, it was a comfortable and cozy experience. the room had a good comfortable bed with quality mattresses and pillows that made me feel like home. the hotel was in a good location at the heart of the city which was convenient for exploring the city. I also enjoyed the complementary breakfast that offered a variety of fresh and delicious fruits.

The room lacked some basic amenities, such as free water bottles. the TV channels were only in Portuguese which could be inconvenient for non-Portuguese speakers.

Convenient location near my workplace. The filet at the restaurant was delicious. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The reception staff were attentive. I recommend this hotel.
